Passport ViewerShip Reports
Uncover your donors’ viewing preferences to inform fundraising strategy and donor engagement. Alongside CDP’s ROAR reports, you can also gain important fundraising insights through Passport Viewership reports specific to your station’s donors. To get the benefits of these reports, all you need to do is provide permission for CDP to access to your station’s MVault (eligibility) and VPPA (viewership) data through PBS.
Reports are updated at the beginning of each month with the prior month’s results and include:
· Streaming totals for the most popular shows.
· Streaming trends for your Passport users over time.
· Engagement rates for your eligible MVault records.
