Hugh Dwyer | Vice President of Technology

Hugh Dwyer is the Vice President of Technology for CDP, responsible for managing critical systems and infrastructure for the organization and for driving overall technology strategy.  He has more than 20 years of technology and non-profit experience, and prior to joining CDP worked for many years with the International Rescue Committee.

His systems and technology experience includes leading CRM implementations/conversions, development of a wide variety of systems integrations, and designing and establishing a robust data mart/analytics solution.  Hugh's non-profit background also includes experience across a variety of other disciplines ranging from online fundraising and email marketing to corporate fundraising, prospect research, and endowment campaign strategy.  He has also worked in B2B marketing and was self-employed as a translator.
