Jon ODO | Senior Vice President of Services and Operations

Jon Odo (he/him/his) is the Senior Vice President of Services and Operations at CDP. He joined the executive team in March of 2025, supporting the program management, marketing and operations teams as their leader.

Over the past few decades Jon has supported numerous organizations, from Fortune 100 to single-digit start-ups in a variety of roles, including product, program, and engineering leadership. This unique breadth of experience has enabled Jon to foster novel approaches and solutions to truly wicked problems. 

Jon has served many non-profits over the years as volunteer, advisor, mentor, and director. He also supports the MIT Sandbox Initiative as a mentor and expert advisor and has spoken at conferences and universities on program management, product discovery, and organizational agility.

He lives in a quiet neighborhood in Andover, MA with his wife and two children, enjoys singing and playing music with his kids, and teaching them the fine arts of cooking and eating everything in sight.
